Project managed the end-to-end creation and development of UGG licensed goods, from initial concept to bulk production. Identified opportunities for value creation within the UGG license, resulting in a 25% increase in bookings to $30 million for 2022 delivery. Streamlined product development to align with YOY sales data; creating a smaller, more profitable line. Collaborated with internal stakeholders to drive system-wide changes, reducing waste through the elimination of unnecessary development. Successfully increased the use of sustainable materials in products from 20% in the 2022 accessories line to 30% in 2023.

Designer / Brand Manager

Developed successful designs and provided dedicated client service. Helped to grow new adult private label business from one to eight clients. Led design, materials sourcing, vendor pricing and techpacks for private label accessories. Developed time and action calendars for Nolan Glove’s specialty line and was responsible for company-wide adherence. Designed accessories lines for multiple soft goods accessories licenses with a focus on cold weather accessories and all weather headwear. Managed QA testing for children’s ware. Traveled to Asia for factory inspections.
